Terms of Service
When you check the TOS box on my google forms, you are agreeing to all of these terms here! Keep in mind that breaking these agreements can risk you being banned from working with me again.
- You must be 18 years or older to commission me. Not that I can't take commissions from minors, but I have to make sure that your Paypal account belongs to you and not your parents to avoid chargeback fraud. I also will refuse to work with suspicious clients or ones with blank profiles, and will do background checks on people who commission me for my own safety.
- All products I will send to you are digital files and nothing will be sent physically to you.
- The prices of these commissions are for private, non-profit use. If you plan on mass producing/distributing the artwork for profit, you'll need to inquire me about commercial work beforehand, which tends to be more expensive than the prices listed here. If you are found breaking this agreement, you will be blacklisted and reported.

- I am allowed to use your commission for portfolio work and non-profit purposes. Even though the character(s) or initial idea of the picture may not be mine, I still have rights to the image since I am the one who created it.
- I have the right to refuse any commission if I do not feel comfortable with the subject matter.
- I have the right to refuse my service if you are being rude or constantly asking for updates (such as every day or hour). This has never happened before, but if it unfortunately does, I will refund your invoice in full and depending on the severity of the situation, you may be banned from commissioning me again.
- Once you've claimed a commission spot, I can only hold it for about a week until the commission is paid for. I like to work through my client list fast and cannot afford long delays anymore. If I do not hear a response from you after I give you the price quote or if the invoice hasn't been paid for, I will send you a warning in 5 days that you may be removed from the waitlist or queue. If I do not hear from you within 2 days after the warning, you will be removed from the list and your spot will be put up for grabs again. However, if my queue is long enough that I can afford to wait for a long delay in payment (such as next month or so) then I can allow you to pay later. Just keep me updated on your situation!
-Depending on what type of commission you ordered, the length of the queue, and my real life situations, wait times may vary. Commissions can be delivered as fast as the day you ordered to several months. However, I will never go over the 6 month period as that is the Paypal chargeback time limit. On each commission type, I give an estimated work time I spend on each one on average. Please check your position on my commission queue to estimate how long it may take. (Also take in account my work and personal life that may prolong it) Rest assured your drawing will be done however!
- PSDs of the artwork may be shared on Patreon and other such sites as rewards. Please let me know beforehand if this is a problem.
- I don't post commissions publicly until I receive approval of the finished commission. Even though I try to post most of my lower resolution commissions publicly, I may choose not to post your commission on certain sites for various reasons or not at all. This is mainly due to the differences that my audience follows me for from site to site.
- You can state whether or not you would prefer your commission to be posted publicly on the internet (as a lower resolution file) or a set date that you'd like it to be uploaded. Please note that unless you state otherwise, your drawing may be posted publicly on my social media sites!
-If you are not the commissioner and want to use a commissioned work for something, you must ask both me and the person who bought the commission.
- You may ask me for WIPs and the status of your commission anytime! However, please allow a reasonable amount of time inbetween asking for updates.
- Editing Policy:
- When I send you the finished file, PLEASE be sure to download it as soon as you can. I normally do an annual 'clean out' of my folders and delete old files that I haven't touched in years. If you ask me for the full size file of a commission 2 years after it was sent to you, theres a chance that I may not have it anymore.
- Filing a false Paypal chargeback is detrimental to online artists and will not be tolerated. If you do this, I will revoke all of your rights to the image you commissioned, file a report with Paypal, and you will be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.

- Sketch stage: Any changes are allowed at this stage, free of charge! Completely redoing the composition, however, may cost extra.
- 2nd WIP stage: Small changes or mistakes on my behalf are free of charge, but more time consuming changes will be charged extra. Completely redoing the composition is not possible at this stage.
- Final: Only small tweaks or mistakes on my behalf are allowed to be fixed at this point.

Refund Policy
- If you want to cancel/change a commission after you have already placed your order, you will have a 24 hr time window to do so, otherwise your order will be finalized. There may be a chance that I'll start working right away once you've paid me, so please let me know ASAP! If you are on a waitlist and want to cancel a commission, just let me know before I reach your spot.
- I do NOT give refunds after I've finished your picture, as the work and time has already been put in. So please be certain that you want to commission me and have faith in my abilities to make you something nice!
- Full refunds are ONLY available if I have not already started the work. Reasons for this could be that something unexpected came up and I am unable to finish the drawing in a timely manner. I'll let you know when this happens!
